ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 2022 GA402RJ pci passthrough

This is a record for my own passthrough setup, I can finally use a single laptop for windows gaming and linux programming at the same time.

The device

My G14 is GA402RJ(6800HS + 6700s) with MT7922 WiFi/BT card.

At this time, BIOS version is 309.

Install Android apps or apk files in Windows using Windows Subsystem for Android

WSA or Windows Subsystem for Android is a Tool that allows Windows to run Android Apps directly without using any emulator. The problem is Windows Subsystem for Android is currently only available through preview via the Beta Channel of the Windows Insider Program. But if you follow my guide, you don't have to be in Windows Insider Program to try it out. The only thing you need is Windows 11 installed and some patience.

Prerequisites:

Windows Subsystem for Android or WSA must be Installed.

NixOS on Fedora

Please note that these instructions are not offically supported or condoned by Nix and are not guaranteed to always work, but from my testing everything seems to work perfectly fine.

These steps may not be required if NixOS/nix#2374 is resolved.

How to make an integration user using the new licenses that became available in April 2023:

If you want to just do it the "easy" way and have the minimum number of PSets, completely bespoke for this integration:

Make a user with the Minimum Access - API Only Integration Profile.
Create a new Permission set that has the "Salesforce API Integration" license. There is a very similarly named license that will not work. Be sure you are using this one. Add all the permissions you need in this pset.
If you are working with packages like Salesforce CPQ, you may need to make additional PSets that have Permission Set Licenses. Those permission sets cannot apply App or System Permissions. **You cannot use any Permission Set that requires a different User License, such as "Salesforce."
